Annie Santulli whisked away the dated Mediterranean look of our house and brought it into the year 2020. We always disliked our northern exposure. It made everything look heavy and dark. We never dreamed our home could become so light and bright. Now we live in an elegant, chic and modern home. The word I used to describe it is spectacular! From the construction, to the furniture selection and accessories, Annie got a sense of our design taste right away and was spot on with all of her choices. Everything she showed us reflected who we are. She immediately “got us.” She was always available from early morning emails to text responses right away. If I said “Annie, I think we could use a bench in the guestroom” pictures were sent to us right away and a bench was ordered that afternoon! She has a fun, easy-going attitude and yet she is detail oriented. We never had to worry or think twice about anything. If something came up (which wasn’t often) her response was “ I’ll handle it.” Although Annie has many clients she always makes you feel like you are her only ones. We really cannot praise her enough and we feel that a review like this cannot even do her justice. Annie Santulli is such a talented designer and decorator! Since I was making a transition from NY to Florida, I was in need for a top notch talent who could work with me via phone and understand and respect my needs. My plans were to do a total renovation on my Florida house. I was tearing down walls, creating a great room effect, gutting bathrooms, new kitchen, new flooring and more. Annie has proven to be the solution! Her style is special and unique. She asks lots and lots of questions when she first meets you (in my case via phone) so that she can get a good understanding of you and your lifestyle. During our initial conversation she asked about my budget ( which was north of $100,000) and was able to work within that budget. While selecting countertops or cabinets, Annie worked with me on spending. She truly listens and is able to take my ideas, incorporate them, and further improve on them with her suggestions and knowledge. Annie respects what you want, but has such great vision, her suggestions will make your end result that much more beautiful. I learned very early on to be open minded to her ideas as she works hard to make sure your house is unique, special and “you”. She is a take charge professional who loves what she does and takes great pride in her work. She is serious about deadlines and works well with all parties to keep the job in schedule. You can feel confident to hand things over to her and she will make it all come together. Annie Santulli is a design professional of the highest caliber. We have built and redesigned several homes around the country and I can tell you that I would not want anyone else making design calls for us other than her. She completely redesigned, upon our purchase, a great but a bit tired 3BR 3 Bath apartment in a prestigious building with great views into a showcase 3BR/3 1/2 Bath with extraordinary open panoramic ocean views. Annie has a very well developed sense of structure, spatial design and color. We are very selective in accepting other people’s opinions with regard to taste. Where do I even begin? It all started when I was walking on the treadmill at the gym and saw Annie in Florida Design magazine. I called her and we hit it off right away. She knew our vision for our new home, and with us being in Virginia, and she and the home in Florida, she was able to pull off a small miracle. Not only was it a large house, we needed the project done in 4-5 weeks. Annie and I did a lot of emailing back and forth with pictures and she was able to match our needs in Florida, that was amazing. She went to the house, measured and then put all the different room selections together in the showroom. We planned a weekend to fly down to see and pick and choose what we liked-all on one Saturday- and the house was then done the following week. She hired crews to do everything from construction to cleaning, including making all the beds after everything was delivered. I’m not saying this wasn’t a stress job for her to pull off, but she did the delivery in one day and with a smile on. We had our friends down the day after she got everything in and celebrated Valentine’s day in the new home! To top that all off we made the Septemeber addition of Florida Design. I recently hired Annie Santulli Designs to decorate my home. The work that Annie Santulli designs did far exceed my expectations for this project. We worked together to select cabinets, floors, appliances, structural additions, furnishing, window, treatments, closet design, landscaping. My wife and I live in California and hired Annie Santulli to help us decorate a condo we purchased in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Annie did a fantastic job coordinating the wall colors, flooring, molding, and the custom lighting. Annie also coordinated the design and installation of custom closet storage, 3 TVs, a custom sound system throughout the condo and the fabrication of a bar from a rough design her client created. Annie also worked with us on the furniture type, color and layout in all the rooms of the unit which included the family room, dining room, master and guest bedrooms and the outside patio. Annie did an excellent job working with all the installers and delivery personnel to get everything done and delivered within our scheduled timeframe. She closely monitored all the interior work and furniture as it was completed or delivered and if it didn’t meet her high standards it would be redone or replaced. Her attention to detail was fantastic. Annie was delightful to work with and made the long distant project easy and stress free for my wife and I.
