We are thrilled to have our latest project featured in the December issue of Modern Luxury Palm Beach, where we talk about the importance to location when buying a dream home.

 

Our clients made a wise choice when purchasing this beautifully located ocean front property, but they were presented with a challenge: how to update a dark and heavy postmodern style home into something as light and airy as the beach and ocean it faces?

 

By taking out the old dark and dated wood paneling  and replacing it with a glass banister on the staircase enabled the home’s grand loft space to shine. Grass wall coverings in a neutral palette replaced the dark paneling throughout the bedrooms, with natural textures mixed with luxurious linens brought the outside, in.

 

In the courtyard, we used bold custom art installations and and expert lighting design making this outdoor space enviable and throughly unique, rounding out this luxury oceanfront home’s full potential and bringing it into the current century in great style.
